										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Unsere beliebte &#8220;Pizzabutter&#8221; durfte bei unserem <a title="Experiment - vollwertiger und tiereiweißfreier Brunch" href="https://vollwert-blog-1sokzcthk8.live-website.com/ein-experiment-vollwertiger-und-tiereiweisfreier-brunch-fur-unsere-familien/">vollwertigen Brunch</a> natürlich nicht fehlen. Dieser super leckere Aufstrich ist bereits bei Feiern in der Vergangenheit sehr gut angekommen. Die Pizzabutter heißt übrigens Pizzabutter, weil bei ihrer Zubereitung ein herrlicher Duft von Pizza durchs Haus strömt &#8211; wahrscheinlich durch die verwendeten Kräutern der Provence (Oregano, Thymian, Basilikum, Rosmarin, Lavendel) in Verbindung mit Tomatenmark.  Die Pizzabutter schmeckt unerwartet süßlich, süßer als man nach den Zutaten (Möhren, Tomatenmark, Butter) zunächst vermuten würde.</p>
<h3>Tipp</h3>
<p>Für die Zubereitung der Pizzabutter ist es sehr praktisch als Küchenmaschine einen Thermomix zu besitzen, da dieser einem die ganze Schneid-, Raspel- und Rührarbeit abnimmt. Die Zubereitung klappt aber auch ohne Thermomix hervorragend. Daher beschreiben wir einmal die Zubereitung auf dem Herd und einmal mit Thermomix.</p>

Eine Alternative wären rohe honiggesüßte Fruchtaufstriche. Leider ist im Winter keine Saison für frische Früchte. Melanie hatte die Idee einen Fruchtaufstrich aus Feigen oder anderen Trockenfrüchten zu kreieren. Im Kochbuch <a href="https://amzn.to/2T4cPtA" rel="noopener" target="_blank">&#8220;Die Naturküche&#8221;</a>* entdeckten wir schließlich eine Feigenbutter. Bei unserem ersten Versuch stellten wir allerdings fest, dass diese uns zu buttrig war und der Feigengeschmack dadurch unterging. Daher haben wir das Originalrezept beim zweiten Versuch abgewandelt, indem wir 100 g weniger Butter verwendet und die Haselnüsse durch Mandeln ersetzt haben. Unsere Gäste beim Brunch waren von unserer Variante des Feigenaufstrichs begeistert. 🙂</p>

Bei den getrockneten Feigen darauf achten, dass diese ungeschwefelt und ohne Zuckerzusatz sind. Bio-Feigen sind dafür eine gute Wahl.</p>
